- Develops project objectives by reviewing tender requirements and specifications.
- Determines project responsibilities by identifying project phases and tasks; assigning team members to project tasks; sourcing quotations from suppliers.
- Determines project specifications by studying product design, customer requirements, and performance standards; completing technical studies; preparing cost estimates.
- Determines project schedule by studying project plan and specifications; calculating time requirements; sequencing project elements.
- Maintains project schedule by monitoring project progress; coordinating activities; resolving problems.
- Controls project plan by reviewing design, specifications, and plan and schedule changes.
- Maintains project budget expenditure by controlling costs and expenses.
- Prepares project status reports by collecting, analysing, and summarising information and trends.
Requirements
- Class 3 driving license
- Diploma or Degree (Engineering)
- 3- 5 years’ experience in managing projects in Commercial Vehicle / Automotive industry
- Able to apply Project Management tools and methodology
- Proficient knowledge in Auto CAD software, Microsoft Office
