Freelance Accounts Assistant

Omnipro Services Pte. Ltd.

Our client in service provider firm is looking for an Freelance Accounts Assistant (4 times a weeks) to join the team.


Responsibilities

  • Accounts Payable
  • Process staff claims
  • Process vendor invoices
  • Liaise with staff, 3rd party providers on claims and invoices
  • Ensure payments, amounts and SAP records are correct
  • Update and maintain procedural documentation
  • Accounts Receivable - minimum
  • Standard month end journals preparation
  • Ad hoc tasks, data compilation, administrative duties

Job Requirements:

  • Diploma in Accounting/Finance
  • At least 2 years of relevant experience
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office particularly in Excel, and experience with SAP
  • Experience working in a highly complex environment and able to undertake manual processes
  • Team player who is meticulous, processes strong analytical skills and able to work under pressure to meet deadlines
