Our client in service provider firm is looking for an Freelance Accounts Assistant (4 times a weeks) to join the team.
Responsibilities
- Accounts Payable
- Process staff claims
- Process vendor invoices
- Liaise with staff, 3rd party providers on claims and invoices
- Ensure payments, amounts and SAP records are correct
- Update and maintain procedural documentation
- Accounts Receivable - minimum
- Standard month end journals preparation
- Ad hoc tasks, data compilation, administrative duties
Job Requirements:
- Diploma in Accounting/Finance
- At least 2 years of relevant experience
- Proficient in Microsoft Office particularly in Excel, and experience with SAP
- Experience working in a highly complex environment and able to undertake manual processes
- Team player who is meticulous, processes strong analytical skills and able to work under pressure to meet deadlines
