As the Customer Service Officer, you will work directly with customers to meet their needs, answer their questions and provide support.
Job Description(s):
- Answers customer inquiries via phone, WhatsApp, email, and/or in-person
- Performs call and email follow up with customers.
- Generate sales leads with selling products and promoting services
- Identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction
- Develops a rapport with customers
- Attends monthly staff meetings
- Makes recommendations to management to improve customer experience
- Assist with placement of orders, renewals, refunds, or claims
- Go the extra mile to engage or service existing customers
Job Requirement(s):
- Min. GCE O level, A level, Diploma holder in any field or other equivalent qualifications
- Entry candidate with the right skillsets and attitude are welcome to apply
- Proficient in speaking both English and Mandarin (for liaison with Mandarin speaking customers)
- Possess relevant experience in call center or customer service environment preferred
- Know how to genuinely have fun in an environment charged with people energy
- 5.5-days work week
