Customer Service Officer

Accord Insurance Agency

As the Customer Service Officer, you will work directly with customers to meet their needs, answer their questions and provide support.



Job Description(s):


  • Answers customer inquiries via phone, WhatsApp, email, and/or in-person
  • Performs call and email follow up with customers.
  • Generate sales leads with selling products and promoting services
  • Identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction
  • Develops a rapport with customers
  • Attends monthly staff meetings
  • Makes recommendations to management to improve customer experience
  • Assist with placement of orders, renewals, refunds, or claims
  • Go the extra mile to engage or service existing customers



Job Requirement(s):


  • Min. GCE O level, A level, Diploma holder in any field or other equivalent qualifications
  • Entry candidate with the right skillsets and attitude are welcome to apply
  • Proficient in speaking both English and Mandarin (for liaison with Mandarin speaking customers)
  • Possess relevant experience in call center or customer service environment preferred
  • Know how to genuinely have fun in an environment charged with people energy
  • 5.5-days work week
