- Point-of-contact (POC) in dept to guide managers on contract lifecycle management workflow and works closely with internal stakeholders to ensure governance requirements (working closely with Group Procurement Services team) are met, where relevant.
- Tracks department non-outsourcing contracts and ensure renewals are done timely
- Guide managers to ensure contracts are lodged timely in the procurement system,where necessary
- Ensure proper contract document management, where necessary
- Participate in relevant system implementation/enhancement UATs where required
- Manage vendor test managed capacity contract billings
- Any other adhoc tasks assigned by the manager
Requirements:
- At least 3-4 years working with procurement-related/contractual matters
- Possesses strong subject matter knowledge on RFx processes, including contract initiations and reviews (knowledge on common contractual clauses and terminologies) to ensure,
- Risks are mitigated and/or managed in timely fashion,
- Contract Owner is not disadvantaged by proposed clauses
- Internal/external regulatory and governance processes are complied with
- Attention to details, and ability to raise issues when required
- Familiar with using MS Excel, MS PowerPoint
- Experience in using any procurement system is preferred
- Familiar with project financials advantageous
- Must be firm and be able to converse with senior managers on concerns or issues in an appropriate manner
- Comfortable working with sensitive data
