Job Responsibilities
- Passionate FacilitationDemonstrate a genuine passion for facilitating and engaging with children and parents.
Create a positive and inclusive environment.
- Activity Planning and ExecutionDevelop and implement engaging and age-appropriate activities for children, including camps, monthly events, daily activities, and workshops.
- Operational SupportAssist in maintaining the smooth operation of the facility.
Cover shifts as needed to support the overall operations of the children's program.
- Customer InteractionAttend to phone calls, emails, and walk-ins promptly.
Handle reservations and address Member's queries with a friendly and helpful demeanor.
- Administrative TasksPerform administrative duties related to the children's program.
- Ad Hoc ResponsibilitiesUndertake ad hoc tasks and side duties as assigned by the Member Services Manager.
Job Requirements
- Minimum 'N' Level
- Possess at least 2 years of customer service experience.
- Able to work on shift hours, including weekends and Public Holidays.
- Good communication, interpersonal and Microsoft skills.
- Good team player.
