- Take charge of all HR related works including recruitment (job postings, schedule interviews), new employee orientation, training, attendance, Work Permit, SPass, Employment Pass, staff welfare, etc. update records of new staff/worker, manage work pass applications, renewals & cancellations.
- Maintain up-to-day staff list and handling of employee medical bills.
- Support all internal and external HR related inquiries or requests.
- Maintain digital and electronic records of employees.
- Apply training for staff/worker.
- Assist payroll and resolve any payroll errors.
- Keep up-to-date with the latest HR trends and best practice.
- Process and manage all government grants.
- Administrator for leave application system.
- Prepare all employment-related documents, e.g. employment contact, letter etc.
- Up to date the filling as per company ISO system
- Perform any other ad-hoc duties as requested or assigned.
- Handle worker’s dormitory matters eg: check in & check out etc.
