Clinical Pharmacist [3770]
Salary: $2, 500 - $4, 000
Working Days: Rotate shift including weekends & PH
Location: Novena
Job Responsibilities:
- Providing safe, efficient and timely distribution (dispensing) of drugs, review and deliver drug therapy to achieve optimal pharmacotherapy outcome for the patient under Outpatient Pharmacy or Inpatient Pharmacy
- Providing pharmacy and clinical services to ensure medication use process is optimized for positive outcomes
- Assisting in the operations of a pharmacy section to meet standards and targets set by department
Job Requirement:
- Full registration with Singapore Pharmacy Council OR Full registration in the country of attained qualification (required to undergo 3-6 mths pre-registration training)
- Bachelor Degree / Masters in Pharmacy
- Position is available in both Outpatient and Inpatient Pharmacy
