Job Responsibilities:
- Consult with line management and provide daily HR guidance
- Analyze trends and metrics with the HR department
- Manage and resolve complex employee relations issues and conduct objective investigations
- Maintain in-depth knowledge of legal requirements related to employee management and ensure regulatory compliance
- Work with management and employees to improve work relationships, morale, productivity, and retention
- Create and update HR policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with MOM guidelines and regulations
- Support HR transactions and administration, such as payroll processing and benefits administration
- Maintain accurate HRIS data and personnel records, including contracts, benefits, and compensation details
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field
- At least 3-5 years of experience in HR management, preferably in a multinational company
- Strong knowledge of Singapore employment laws and regulations
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to work collaboratively with all levels of the organization
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on data-driven decision-making
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and time-management skills
- Proficiency in HR systems and tools, including HRIS and payroll software.
