ABOUT THE JOB
This is not a desk job. They are expected to conduct regular face-to-face meetings with the clients and undertake networking activities. This Talent will be responsible for generating leads, cultivating relationships with key decision-makers, and securing job orders in different recruitment services (temporary, contract or Perm placement services). Successful candidate is expected to be presentable, customer focused, and possess excellent communication skills in a professional manner including presentations & negotiations, meeting clients and other business requirements. Acting as a strategic business partner in planning and executing with excellence, the business development strategy will bring our organization forward.
As the ‘face’ of the company, you will take the lead role in developing new businesses with the senior management, particularly in the full suite of recruitment services in the staffing arena. You will identify market trends and industry needs and build a sales pipeline in accordance with targets set and lead in their implementation. Pursues new prospective clients, managing the entire chain from initial contact to contract signing. Driving the sales process for new client wins, current client expansions as well as ensuring successful renewals. You will be responsible for all aspects of the recruitment sales cycle but not limited to such as Tender Management, Project Management Services, Managed Deployment Projects, and Recruitment Process Outsourcing opportunities. Reporting to the Managing Director and will be critical in managing the overall sales and strategies of the organization. You can expect a strong infrastructure support to drive your upwards sales.
SCOPE:
Lead Generation:
Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research, networking, and cold outreach. Develop and maintain a robust pipeline of potential clients and job orders.
Business Development:
Drive the sales process from prospecting to closing, meeting and exceeding revenue targets. Collaborate with internal teams to tailor recruitment solutions that meet client requirements.
Client Relationship Management:
Build and nurture relationships with C-suite executives and key stakeholders in target industries. Conduct engaging conversations with clients, showcasing a deep understanding of their recruitment needs.
Industry Knowledge:
Stay abreast of industry trends, competitors, and market dynamics. Quickly grasp the nuances of engineering, IT, Supply Chain, Finance, and HR functions to articulate recruitment solutions effectively.
Reporting and Analysis:
Provide regular reports on sales activities, achievements, and challenges. Analyse market feedback to refine and optimize business development strategies.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business or related discipline.
- Proven experience in business development, sales, or a related field.
- Strong business acumen with the ability to identify and capitalize on market trends.
- Exceptional communication and negotiation skills.
- Quick learner with the ability to comprehend diverse industries and functions.
- Demonstrated success in achieving and exceeding sales targets.
