Responsibilities
- Manage various HR functions, including Staffing, Compensation and Benefits, Employee Communications & Engagement, Welfare, Performance Management, and Learning & Development.
- Administer and implement HR processes and policies at the divisional level.
- Offer advice to the Business Unit on all HR-related matters.
- Provide recommendations and support in developing and implementing new HR initiatives and strategies.
- Address staff grievances and oversee staff movement procedures.
- Deliver HR advisory and solutions to internal stakeholders on people-related issues.
- Lead key HR projects and initiatives aligned with the overall HR strategy to meet organizational business objectives.
- Ensure compliance with HR policies and practices in line with business needs and labor legislative requirements.
- Uphold compliance with workplace safety, security, and health policies and procedures.
Requirements
- 2-3 years of experience in HR business partnering.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Familiarity with Singapore labor laws.
