Job Responsibilities:
- Responsible for the procurement of all Raw materials in the engineering department and the procurement of its components
- Responsible for the procurement of all Raw materials (Substrate, Indirect Materials – Bulk & Spec Gases, Chemicals, Resists, Targets, Fab Consumables), General Affairs & Information Technology Section) like MFG, QA, HR, CIM/IT and Non Module) for the semiconductor process
- Responsible to plan and procurement for Raw Materials through Auto MRP
- New source/vendors development
- Improvement of internal and external operation processes and development of new systems
- Distribution of RFQ to all vendors
- Confirmation of signing of Purchase Orders and Contracts
- Participate in and assist suppliers and outsourcers to evaluate relevant operations
- Participate in Crisis Management and Business Continuity Plan activities
- Responsible for Internal and External Audit of Raw Material Procurement Processes
Job Requirements:
- Degree holder (Bachelor of Engineering or Equivalent)
- Preferably min 3 years and above experience in Semiconductor
- Related Fab experience in Raw Material Purchasing will be an added advantage
- Soft skills (Microsoft Excel, Words, Powerpoint, Oracle, SAP) is an added advantage
- Responsible and accountable for complying with and implementing environmental, health, safety and security (EHSS) system, policies, procedures and guidelines that are applicable to your scope of work, thereby maintaining a healthy and safe workplace.
