We are a private family office starting operations in Singapore, looking for someone strong in accounting and investment to manage the office and finance for the fund entity.
1. Liaise with fund administrator and banks to produce monthly NAV and associated performance reports for internal use.
2. Data entry on investment related transactions.
3. Liaise with internal stakeholders and external service providers on investment and tax related queries.
4. Produce balance sheet and income statements for a legal entity in Singapore.
5. Assist with the preparation and filing of corporate tax returns, GST for the legal entity in Singapore.
6. Ad-hoc tasks assigned.
Requirements:
· At least 2 years of experience in legal entity accounting, investment portfolio accounting and tax.
· Bachelor degree in Accountancy or equivalent professional qualification
· Prior experience in bank, fund administrator or asset management company a strong plus
· Team player with the ability to efficiently tackle a range of diverse tasks
· Strong attention to detail and a high level of integrity and trustworthiness
