Position Overview:
In this exciting opportunity, you will take on the role of an Assistant Lead Engineer within the Healthcare environment. With 5 years of expertise in developing, implementing, and maintaining User Account Management and ID Management, you will be a crucial part of the Security team, supporting in all ID Administration matters. Ensuring security compliance to policies and standards, you will strive for operational excellence in ID Administration services. You will report to the Team Manager.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Act as the Security SME supporting the organisation on all ID Administration matters.
- Ensure security compliance with prevailing policies and standards.
- Provide operational excellence in ID Administration services to institutions.
- Conduct security assessments on applications before handover to the ID Admin Team.
- Propose and recommend streamlining ID Management processes and procedures during BAU and Projects roll-out phase.
- Manage vendor ITMO ID Administrators, ensuring operational efficiency in ID-related tasks.
- Participate in audits, provide assistance in submitting requested artifacts, and plan/execute audit remediation.
- Drive UAM review roadshows for bi-yearly user access reviews for applications.
- Run bi-yearly UAM exercises for selected applications.
- Respond to user requests for technical assistance.
- Attend to escalations and service complaints, ensuring timely resolution by the ID Admin Team.
- Assess incidents' severity and impact, setting clear user expectations on issue resolution.
Requirements / Qualifications:
- Degree/ Diploma in Computer Studies, Engineering, or equivalent.
- Minimum 5 years of working experience in User Access Management, Active Directory administration, Privileged Access Management, and/ or ID Administration services.
- Demonstrated expertise in IAM technology, PAM, Multi-factor authentication, and Active Directory management.
- Knowledge of IT Service Management and experience in ID Provisioning/ Deprovisioning.
- Previous working experience in the Healthcare sector is advantageous.
- Vendor management and audits management experience.
- Proactive, results-oriented, collaborative spirit, and able to manage conflicts.
- Meticulous in analysis and delivery execution.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and multitask effectively.
