POSITION SUMMARY

As an Admin Clerk, you will be providing office support to the Operations.


PRIMARY FUNCTIONS

  • Front-desk service – answering of telephone calls, reception of visitors, attend to delivery of goods, etc.
  • General administrative duties – filing, data entry, email, maintenance of office area & etc.
  • Handle PO, DO, Inventory Recon, Invoicing, Quotation
  • Other duties as and when assigned
  • 5 day work week (Part-time avail)

MINIMUM EXPERIENCE / REQUIREMENT

  • NITEC/ ‘O’ Levels / Trade Cert./ Diploma
  • Bilingual in English & Mandarin is an added advantage to communicate with Chinese-speaking associates
  • Preferably at least 1 year of relevant experience
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
  • Meticulous, hardworking, shows initiative, attention to details, and independent
  • Fresh Graduates and Mature Aged applicants are welcome to apply
