POSITION SUMMARY
As an Admin Clerk, you will be providing office support to the Operations.
PRIMARY FUNCTIONS
- Front-desk service – answering of telephone calls, reception of visitors, attend to delivery of goods, etc.
- General administrative duties – filing, data entry, email, maintenance of office area & etc.
- Handle PO, DO, Inventory Recon, Invoicing, Quotation
- Other duties as and when assigned
- 5 day work week (Part-time avail)
MINIMUM EXPERIENCE / REQUIREMENT
- NITEC/ ‘O’ Levels / Trade Cert./ Diploma
- Bilingual in English & Mandarin is an added advantage to communicate with Chinese-speaking associates
- Preferably at least 1 year of relevant experience
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Meticulous, hardworking, shows initiative, attention to details, and independent
