Bukit Timah Saddle Club is one of the leading equestrian clubs in Singapore. We are looking for the right candidate to join us in a permanent full-time position.
Main Responsibilities
· Primarily to provide administrative and secretarial support to the Riding School Office and General Manager.
· Manage day-to-day administrative duties.
· Attend to email, phone and walk-in enquiries.
· Maintain proper filing of documents and other office systems.
· Provide support for Club’s events such as competitions and corporate events.
· Other administrative duties as assigned.
Requirements
· Working Days: 5 Days Work Week (Off on Mondays and Sundays).
· Working Hours: 8.30am – 6.00pm.
· Diploma holder with at least 3 years of relevant work experience.
· Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint. Basic knowledge of desktop publishing software MS Publisher and web design using Wordpress will be an added advantage.
· Good written and oral communication skills in English are essential. Fluency in a second language will be an added advantage.
· Self-motivated and able to work independently with minimum supervision at times.
· Good interpersonal skills; flexible/adaptable and able to work with all levels in the club.
· A supportive team player and possesses a strong customer service mindset, resourceful with good organisational skills.
· Prior working experience with horses/animals are not essential but must be comfortable working in an environment with animals and occasionally outdoors during events.
· Preferably possess own transport; office located at Kranji.
· Able to start work immediately or within short notice.
· Open to Singaporeans & Singapore Permanent Residents only.
