Responsibilities
- Assist SRA/ARA in carrying out supervision for Architectural works and its related works
- Monitor the Project including progress control, quality control, variation/cost control, safety control, environmental control, etc
- Report any critical and/or major issues to SRA/ARA proposing possible solutions
- Liaise and coordinate with Consultants to resolve technical and/or interfacing issues
- Keep and maintain proper and updated site records on progress of work
Requirements
- Diploma in Civil & Structural Engineering or Architectural Studies from a recognized tertiary institution
- At least 7 years site experience with extensive architectural and interior design experience, of which 5 years must be in the supervision of architectural works and interior design works for healthcare/hospital projects
- Conversant in statutory code and requirements for site supervision, quality control procedures, construction administration and submission of progress reports
