Job Description
Job Summary:
- Develop and plan training modules in line with latest market trends.
- Execute field coaching, including Basic trainings, Seasonal trainings, and various follow-up trainings to Therapists and Sales Consultants, to improve business performance, customer service and enhance brand image.
- Assess the effectiveness of the training initiatives through evaluation on a regular basis to identify coaching opportunities through regular feedback and reporting and conduct strategic follow up coaching to ensure successful roll out of training initiative.
- Ensure Therapists and Consultants are equipped with the skills required to achieve Brand’s KPI and ensure consistency in customer experience.
Job Responsibilities:
- To adapt training materials in order to fit the context and enhance content of existing training support documents as and when required.
- Deliver training to therapists in line with the sales cycles and training priorities.
- Deliver induction and specific training to grow and develop the brand.
- Develop and motivate Therapists and Sales Consultants through training and coaching.
- To contribute to training projects, training needs, evaluation analysis, update of training programs, action plan on training and coaching
- To be active on the field to observe customer purchase behavior and interact with the Sales consultants and customers
- Identify and provide feedback for future training needs.
- Conduct beauty product knowledge training and treatment protocol.
- To furnish the company with the latest beauty industry information; eg competitors’ activities and beauty care trends, treatment, products etc.
- Work closely with management team on training needs.
- To perform any other assigned job duties as per assigned by the management.
Job Requirements :
- With minimum 2 years of experience as a Trainer, ideally in Aesthetic face and body treatments.
- Certified by CIDESCO, CIBTAC, ITEC, WSQ ACTA Full Certificate, WSQ SOA or any other relevant qualifications in beauty and aesthetic.
- Strong experience in training including delivery of training, ability to coach with a strong sense of detail and a strong focus on growing sales capabilities.
- High level of competence in presentation and excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong leadership and people management skills.
- Confidence in presenting and influencing at all levels.
- Proficient in English and Chinese to communicate well with clients
- Highly driven, energetic, flexible and team spirited.
- Proactive and able to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
