Piinacle Servovalve Services is a Joint Venture between Piinacle Pte Ltd.,(www.piinacle.com.sg) and Servovalve Srl Italy(www.servovalve.it) for Industrial automation and services. It’s a new start up company set up at 5 Pioneer Sector Lane, S628323. We would like to invite applications from Singaporeans and PR who would be able to contribute for the growth of the company, the following positions is up for grabs and we plan to recruit ASAP.

Administration Assistant


Job Description & Requirements


PIINACLE SERVOVALVE PTE LTD. Singapore

Primary Condition:

We are looking for an Administration Executive.

Educational background related to administration and basic accounting.

Fluent in English both in speaking and writing.


Administration Responsibilities:


a) Responsible for general administration tasks within an office environment.

b) Maintain employees’ records, leave records and daily attendance records etc.

c) Maintain a proper filing system.

d) Coordinate and oversee all office activities, and warehouse activities.

e) Liaise and coordinate with Government bodies relating to work Permits & S Pass, IRAS and CPF etc.

f) Maintains office services by organizing office operations and procedures.

g) Liase with Workshop and WP employees.


Accounts Responsibilities:


a) Performing clerical tasks, including processing payments to external parties, processing bank deposits and recording transactions;

b) Prepare, send and filing of invoices and other accounting related documents;

c) Scan and send accounting related documents eg. Invoices, bank statements and payment vouchers etc to the outsourcing party for processing;

d) Identify and address discrepancies with the outsourcing party;

e) Assist with accounts payables and receivables;

f) Contact clients and send reminders to ensure timely payments;

g) Handle and record the petty cash expenses and submit to the outsourcing party;

h) Preparation and checking of staff expense claims.

i) Abiding by all company procedures and accounting principles.


Basic Requirements:


a) An initiator with a strong work ethic.

b) 3 years of experience in administrative accounting.

c) An educational background related to basic accounting.

d) Knowledge of logistics to handle project shipments.
