The HR Project Assistant is responsible for providing administrative support to the HR department as well as the project. This include processing paperwork, administrative duties, and assisting with HR- related tasks.
Job Responsibilities
- Provide administrative support to ensure efficient office operations
- Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed
- Provide Human Resource support to the business entity
- Invoice checking for HR related items
- Create and process internal Purchase Order for vendor billing both for department and project
- Assist in timesheet management
- Respond to employee inquiries and provide information on HR-related matters
- Provide general administrative support to the designated HR business partner
THE SUCCESSFUL CANDIDATE:
- Diploma or Degree in Business & Human Resource Management or its equivalent;
- 2 years of administrative experience
- Be authentic, open and approachable, result oriented
- Willingness to learn, fast learner, independent and mature
- Systematic and able to manage database system efficiently
- A team player with excellent interpersonal & communication skills
- Numeric, analytical, high degree of accuracy and accountability
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Applications and strong in MS Excel
Position will be based in Tuas in shipyard environment
