HR Project Assistant

The HR Project Assistant is responsible for providing administrative support to the HR department as well as the project. This include processing paperwork, administrative duties, and assisting with HR- related tasks.


Job Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative support to ensure efficient office operations
  • Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed
  • Provide Human Resource support to the business entity
  • Invoice checking for HR related items
  • Create and process internal Purchase Order for vendor billing both for department and project
  • Assist in timesheet management
  • Respond to employee inquiries and provide information on HR-related matters
  • Provide general administrative support to the designated HR business partner

THE SUCCESSFUL CANDIDATE:

  • Diploma or Degree in Business & Human Resource Management or its equivalent;
  • 2 years of administrative experience
  • Be authentic, open and approachable, result oriented
  • Willingness to learn, fast learner, independent and mature
  • Systematic and able to manage database system efficiently
  • A team player with excellent interpersonal & communication skills
  • Numeric, analytical, high degree of accuracy and accountability
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Applications and strong in MS Excel

Position will be based in Tuas in shipyard environment
