Academic qualifications in engineering or project management with minimum experience of 2 years.
Involve acting as frontline support for the Microsoft Project Enterprise system to all levels of the organization.
The daily activities will include, but not be limited to, assisting users with Project Assignments for weekly timesheets, assisting Project Managers in the constructions and upkeep of Development Project Schedules, providing reports on Project Cost and Status as requested, ensuring MS Project and SAP are kept in sync through manual updates, continuous maintenance of user database for MS Project System.
Experience requested for this position will be a passion for planning and customer service.
Microsoft Office proficiency is a must and experience in scheduling software (MS Project / Oracle Primavera P6) is a plus but not required.
A strong personality and willingness to champion the department policies to all users will be very beneficial.
