Regional Digital Marketing Manager, Owned Media and DTC

Roles & Responsibilities
• Lead regional capability on Owned Media specifically websites, D2C ecommerce sites and future app development
• Work closely with key stakeholders including regional and country brand teams, IT, Legal and Finance Teams, Global DTO and Brand team, and other agency and delivery teams. Resource will also need to partner closely with CRM team on any CRM and Loyalty integration as well as eCommerce team on D2C target setting and strategy.
• Ramp up Shiseido’s capability on SEM and SEO as well as UX/UI Optimization. Overall in-charge of measurement and optimization of owned media assets across multiple brands – Shiseido, Cle de Peau Beaute, NARS, Drunk Elephant, Elixir, etc.

• Oversee site-rollouts, access controls, key updates and further deployments as supported by Project Manager and external parties

• Vendor Management – manage external partners on ongoing website operations and performance, keeping track of SLAs, billing and finance.
• Develop relationships with external ecosystem of tech partners that can further enhance overall site performance.
• Craft the overall roadmap for our owned media strategy including newer technology – including apps, metaverse, mini-programs/apps. Lead integration on Social commerce (ie. Link to Whatsapp, etc.)

• Advise markets on D2C Operations and website performance. Regional subject matter expert of Salesforce Commerce Cloud, GA4, and GTM.

• Key Markets to cover are: ASEAN, Taiwan, Korea, ANZ and India
• Contribute to other corporate-level strategic projects as needed


Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, marketing, or multimedia design

• Minimum 7 to 10+ years’ experience in website and app development, SEM/SEO and UX/UI Optimization
• Demonstrate a keen understanding of ASEAN, Taiwan, Korea, ANZ and India digital ecosystem
• Experience in Performance Marketing a must, ideally from a D2C operation

• Outstanding communication ability and presentation skills in English a must and Mandarin, Thai, Vietnamese or Korean is a plus
• Ability to work in a matrix environment is a plus
