We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Marketing Executive to join our growing team.
The ideal candidate must have the passion for marketing and be well-versed in both traditional and digital marketing concepts as well as possess good writing abilities. You will need empathy to get into users' heads, an eye for aesthetics to ensure we have captivating visuals, a knack for killer copy that invokes action, and an analytical mindset to produce data-driven results.
Job Description:
- Creation and execution of marketing campaigns including company branding, online content strategy, social media campaigns etc.
- Copywriting for online and social media content such as articles/blog posts and marketing messages
- Visual asset design/creation and image content creation including editing of banners, images, landing pages, EDMs, etc.
- Continuous review and active management of the website and all digital assets
- Daily social media and community engagement activities including prompt communication and handling of feedback.
- Support internal marketing, business development, corporate service, and sales team to develop strategic and tactical content.
- Regular lead and performance tracking and reporting during and post-marketing campaigns
- Plan, organise and manage advertising and promotional activities.
- Work with in-house graphics designers to develop marketing collaterals for campaigns and events.
- Events planning, organising, and executing.
- Handle marketing-related administrative work.
The ideal candidate should possess the following:
- Candidates must possess at least a Diploma in Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
- A minimum 3-5 proven years of experience in a marketing or multimedia-related role will be preferred
- Good knowledge and proficiency in the usage of various social media/digital marketing channels such as Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, forums, GDN, SEM, SEO, etc. is a must
- Able to multi-task and adhere to deadlines
- Strong verbal and written communicator and time management skills.
- Self-motivated and able to work independently.
