Job Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with the leadership team to formulate and execute business strategies, emphasizing growth and operational efficiency.
  • Lead and coordinate strategic initiatives, focusing on business development and fostering substantial and sustainable growth.
  • Contribute to strategic planning initiatives, detecting and mitigating potential issues, conflicts, and disruptions in the business.
  • Serve as the overall marketing lead, ensuring a cohesive and impactful brand presence across all marketing initiatives.
  • Oversee Singapore’s earned media partnerships and strategies, contributing to WE’s desired narrative.
  • Report on operational performance, suggesting improvements and driving the implementation of technology solutions.
  • Manage team utilization, financial aspects, and resource management issues
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities, working closely with sector leads to qualify prospective pursuits.
  • Lead the preparation and delivery of organic growth or new business proposals and in-person pitch meetings.
  • Serve as the day-to-day account lead for key accounts, demonstrating success in nurturing, growing, and sustaining client relationships.
  • Build strong relationships with teams, overseeing their progress, and providing recommendations for enhanced teamwork.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience as Director/COO/ or similar leadership role
  • Proven 10+ years of experience in leadership with a focus on business development, operations, and fostering growth.
  • Familiarity with all business functions including Business, Marketing, Operations, HR, finance
  • Knowledge of Communications, marketing, digital marketing & agency structures and business models.
  • Added knowledge in data analytics and reporting will be a bonus.
  • Good with numbers and financial planning
  • Outstanding people, communication and negotiation skills
  • Excellent organizational and leadership ability
  • Problem-solving aptitude and analytical mind
  • Provide as strong collaborator across multiple regions/sectors/teams
  • Able to pivot between marketing for brand, and marketing for sales, connects activities to outcomes
