Job Responsibilities
- Collaborate with the leadership team to formulate and execute business strategies, emphasizing growth and operational efficiency.
- Lead and coordinate strategic initiatives, focusing on business development and fostering substantial and sustainable growth.
- Contribute to strategic planning initiatives, detecting and mitigating potential issues, conflicts, and disruptions in the business.
- Serve as the overall marketing lead, ensuring a cohesive and impactful brand presence across all marketing initiatives.
- Oversee Singapore’s earned media partnerships and strategies, contributing to WE’s desired narrative.
- Report on operational performance, suggesting improvements and driving the implementation of technology solutions.
- Manage team utilization, financial aspects, and resource management issues
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities, working closely with sector leads to qualify prospective pursuits.
- Lead the preparation and delivery of organic growth or new business proposals and in-person pitch meetings.
- Serve as the day-to-day account lead for key accounts, demonstrating success in nurturing, growing, and sustaining client relationships.
- Build strong relationships with teams, overseeing their progress, and providing recommendations for enhanced teamwork.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as Director/COO/ or similar leadership role
- Proven 10+ years of experience in leadership with a focus on business development, operations, and fostering growth.
- Familiarity with all business functions including Business, Marketing, Operations, HR, finance
- Knowledge of Communications, marketing, digital marketing & agency structures and business models.
- Added knowledge in data analytics and reporting will be a bonus.
- Good with numbers and financial planning
- Outstanding people, communication and negotiation skills
- Excellent organizational and leadership ability
- Problem-solving aptitude and analytical mind
- Provide as strong collaborator across multiple regions/sectors/teams
- Able to pivot between marketing for brand, and marketing for sales, connects activities to outcomes
