Hankyu Hanshin Express Southeast Asia belongs to Hankyu Hanshin Express group, the global logistics company.
We are looking for Director who manage and supervise subsidiaries of Southeast Asia and South Asia, and liaise with Japan HQ and Asia Director.
[Responsibilities]
* Analyses current situation, develops and implements management strategy across Southeast Asia and South Asia to attain group strategic objectives.
* Devises strategic plan, quarterly revenue forecast, Regional strategy, and resource planning for whole subsidiaries in Southeast Asia and South Asia.
* Identifies solutions for process improvement to increase revenue, profitability, efficiency and customer satisfaction.
* Find a better path through tenacious discussions and negotiations with stakeholders
* Provide precise and timely managerial advice to subsidiaries in Southeast Asia and South Asia.
[Requirements]
* 15+ years experience and advanced knowledge of Freight Fowarder and Logistics business
* Experience of management of several companies across Southeast Asia and South Asia
* Strong analytical, creative, and critical thinking skills to deliver solutions
* Excellent written and verbal communication skill
* Able to work under pressure in time-critical situation
* Fluent Japanese language (at least JLPT N1 level) is required to liaise with Japan headquarter about strategy and direction of Area in charge
