Overview

Gusto Collective Singapore is seeking Account Coordinators (Interns) for Events internship opportunities.


The internship will give you a first-hand experience of what goes on behind a luxury Public Relations and Events agency. You can look forward to developing and growing within an agency representing a dynamic array of international and reputable fashion, luxury, lifestyle, beauty, and hospitality clients.


In your day to day, you will:

  • Attend, participate, and provide support at client events, meetings, event sessions, and brainstorming sessions as require
  • Assist in the development, research, and updating of event proposals
  • Assist in administrative duties including sorting, collating, mailings, and other administrative functions as assigned
  • Provide assistance during events as require
  • Create and maintain accurate and up to date records and files for all event management projects and ensure that all budgets, proposals, guest lists, events photos and contracts are properly filed
  • Maintain current information in corporate databases for business contacts and vendor lists
  • Maintain supplies inventory by checking stock to determine inventory level and placing & verifying orders
  • Update and manage calendars and provide reminders for upcoming events
  • Sourcing, updating and maintaining an extensive network of new and current vendor contacts
  • Assist in office housekeeping and cleanliness

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Passion, interest, and a good understanding of global and industry trends in fashion, beauty, luxury and lifestyle
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
  • To be self-motivated and resourceful, with high levels of initiative
  • Excellent written and communication skills with an eye for detail
  • Good interpersonal skills
  • Flexibility, determination, enthusiasm and the ability to cope well under pressure
  • Excellent organisational skills
