Summary:
You will play a critical role in bridging the gap between our client's business needs and our development team. Your primary responsibility will be to translate user requirements into comprehensive technical specifications, ensuring effective communication and alignment between stakeholders and the development team.
Job Responsibilities:
- Work closely with various stakeholders/end-users to gather and analyze business requirements.
- Translate user requirements into detailed technical requirements specifications, and act as a liaison between business stakeholders and the development team, ensuring effective communication and understanding of requirements.
- Participate in project planning, estimation, and prioritization activities, providing valuable insights on technical and functional aspects.
- Conduct in-depth analysis of existing systems and processes, identifying areas for optimization and improvement.
- Perform feasibility studies and impact assessments to evaluate proposed solutions and make recommendations to stakeholders.
- Conduct user acceptance testing (UAT) to validate and verify that developed solutions meet the defined requirements.
Ideal candidates are:
- Singaporean citizens
- Proven experience (minimally 3- 5 years) as a Tech Business Analyst supporting the full SDLC lifecycle in large-scale projects - must have gone through data migration/system migration processes.
- Prior experience working in an IT/software development company or a client-facing consulting role (vendor) environment is an added advantage.
- Hands-on experience with relevant tools and technologies, such as JIRA, Confluence, or similar project management and collaboration platforms and software development methodologies and practices, such as Agile or Scrum.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to break down complex concepts and communicate them effectively.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Degree holder in IT, Computer Science or related field is preferred.
