Our client is a a leading Singapore-based fintech company in Southeast Asia and they are seeking an experienced Customer Engagement Specialist to join their team.
Requirements:
- Delivering exceptional customer service.
- Operate collectively to swiftly address inquiries, clarify doubts, and aid customers in their initial document submissions.
- Being the initial contact point for customers, resolving inquiries, and guiding them through the process of submitting required documents.
- Ensuring a positive customer experience and efficient document collection.
- Provide top-notch customer service while also employing your sales-driven skills daily.
- Flexibility to use a range of different sales tactics in conversations to meet departmental KPIs.
- Being the initial point for document collection and effectively guiding customers to either our outlet or assisting them in submitting their documentation to us, ensuring a seamless customer experience.
- Answering customer inquiries through various channels, including calls, email, and chat.
- Clearing customer doubts, providing guidance on our services, and proactively engaging with customers to meet their needs.
- Identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling, and accurate documentation of interactions is maintained. The role is dynamic, customer-centric, and essential for ensuring exceptional service delivery.
Requirements:
- At least 1 year experience including solid experience in a similar role within Internet.
- Good interpersonal and communication skills and are adept at working with multiple stakeholders to drive desired outcomes.
- Strong team player who can manage multiple stakeholders
- Highly goal driven and work well in fast paced environments
- Adaptable and thrive in changing environments
- Possess a sales-driven mindset, with the ability to engage effectively in sales conversations or demonstrate relevant sales experience.
- Possess a Customer-centric approach, displaying a strong commitment to delivering exceptional service.
- Excellent communication and persuasive skills
- Prior sales experience, even if it's from a different industry.
- A strong command of English, clear and precise communication skills, familiarity with CRM systems, and experience in the financial industry are all qualities that can enhance your qualifications for this role.
