-Prepare monthly, quarterly and full-year accounts for the region to ensure compliance with USGAAP requirement and reporting timelines
-Consolidation of quarterly forecast and annual budget for the region
-Prepare various management reports and perform trend analysis
-Closely support APAC Controllership Manager in engaging regional finance teams on SOX compliance
-Responsible for intercompany transactions and reconciliation
-Prepare and review balance sheet reconciliations schedules
-Posting of month end closing journal entries (i.e. accruals, allocation charges, others, etc)
-Analyse and ensure periodic GL accounting entries are recorded appropriately
-Liaise with external auditors in relation to audit requirements and deliverables, including preparation of audited financial statements for holding company
-Liaise with tax agent in relation to tax requirements and deliverables, including review of tax computation
-Handle GST reporting
-Participate in ad-hoc projects and assignments as required
