Role: Windows Administrator - Contract

Experience: Minimum of 10 years

Location : Tanjong Pagar

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Manage and maintain Windows servers, including installation, configuration, and troubleshooting.
• Oversee Active Directory services, including user and group management, GPO implementation, and security best practices.
• Develop and maintain PowerShell or other scripting solutions for automation and system management tasks.
• Experience with VMWare and VDI Horizon for virtualization and desktop infrastructure management.
• Familiarity with AWS GCC (Government Cloud) for cloud infrastructure management and security compliance.
• Monitor system performance and implement necessary adjustments to ensure efficient operation.
• Collaborate with other IT teams to support infrastructure projects and resolve technical issues.
• Implement and maintain security measures to protect systems and data.

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

• At least 10 years work experience as a Windows Administrator or similar role.
• Able to work on a 24/7 rotating shift schedule to support development and critical issues
• In-depth knowledge of Windows Server operating systems and Active Directory services.
• Proficiency in scripting languages such as PowerShell, VBScript, or batch scripting.
• Experience with VMWare and VDI Horizon for virtualization and desktop infrastructure management.
• Familiarity with AWS for cloud infrastructure management and security compliance.
• Familiarity with system monitoring tools and techniques.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently or in a team.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Relevant certifications such as MCSE, MCSA, or CompTIA Server+.
• Experience with cloud platforms such as Azure or AWS.
