Pre-Requisite
- Diploma HoldeAssistant Engineer (Maintenance)r or Higher Nitec in engineering discipline such as Security System, IT, Network, Electronics, Computer Science and Cyber Security.
- Minimum 2 years of working experience for those ITE holder
- Preferably, in Security/IT industry, those with other engineering experience can be considered.
Key Responsibilities
- Support and assist team leader in meeting and ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Ensure preventive maintenance work is being carried out as per schedule.
- Executes/clears fault calls, corrective maintenance or any issue arises from time to time.
- Provide onsite support on security system related work for the Server, Network, Security related Equipment and Workstation.
- Perform standby duty after office hours as and when required.
- Attend to ad hoc call during and after office hours.
- Ensure periodic backup is being carried out for database and system.
- Good conduct and work closely with customers to ensure service deliverable is met.
- Administrative work such as recording and filing of document, preparation of quotation and negotiation with contractor and supplier.
- Response to customers promptly when activated.
- Keep abreast of technical competencies.
Scope of Works
- Responsible for the system functionalities and ensure in working condition at all times.
- Conduct physical and visual checks on system, functional tests on various security devices and ensure it meet require performance
- Work as team to complete and carry out service works PM/CM work schedule.
- Submit service report, clearly stating the type of repair/work carried out/completed including time of receiving service request and time of arriving at site if under calls.
- Check on contractor's work quality.
- Monitor on site licenses expiry and updates superior if renewal is requires.
- To supervise and co-ordinate with sub-contractors and customer on all site matters.
- Provide 24 hours emergency support on site when activated.
Working hours: Monday to friday , 8.30am - 6.00pm
