Job Description

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, addressing inquiries, concerns, and service requests promptly and professionally.
  • Investigate and resolve customer complaints or issues in a timely and effective manner.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to generate leads, qualify prospects, and provide information to support the sales process.
  • Follow up on leads and inquiries to convert them into sales opportunities.
  • Assist customers in resolving issues related to billing, service disruptions, and other concerns.
  • Provide guidance on optimizing waste disposal services to meet customer needs efficiently.
  • Prepare regular reports on customer service metrics, sales activities, and key performance indicators.
  • Analyze data to identify trends, opportunities for improvement, and areas of success.

Requirements

  • Diploma holder and above
  • At least one year Customer Service experience (MUST)
  • Adaptability, problem-solving, and analytical skills
  • Good communication skills and pleasant personality
