Job Description
- Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, addressing inquiries, concerns, and service requests promptly and professionally.
- Investigate and resolve customer complaints or issues in a timely and effective manner.
- Collaborate with the sales team to generate leads, qualify prospects, and provide information to support the sales process.
- Follow up on leads and inquiries to convert them into sales opportunities.
- Assist customers in resolving issues related to billing, service disruptions, and other concerns.
- Provide guidance on optimizing waste disposal services to meet customer needs efficiently.
- Prepare regular reports on customer service metrics, sales activities, and key performance indicators.
- Analyze data to identify trends, opportunities for improvement, and areas of success.
Requirements
- Diploma holder and above
- At least one year Customer Service experience (MUST)
- Adaptability, problem-solving, and analytical skills
- Good communication skills and pleasant personality
