Key Responsibilities
- Responsible for understanding business processes and identifying business requirements and translate into functional specifications.
- Assist in tracking and reporting of project progress, issues and risks to ensure deliverables are on track.
- Effective management of day-to-day IT operations by ensuring IT requests and incidents are attended and resolved within the defined service level agreements.
- Manage IT related equipment and ensure they function properly at all times.
- Assist in supporting multiple applications systems and platforms.
- Manage cloud operations.
- Provide Enterprise IT support.
- Design and create enterprise architecture framework.
- Develop Business Continuity Plan.
- Installation, patching, troubleshooting and managing of Linux server on cloud environment.
- Managing and updating of company’s website.
Requirements:
- Degree/Diploma in Information Technology or related discipline.
- 3 - 5 years working experience in IT infrastructure maintenance and setup.
- Knowledge on PHP and Visual Basic Programming is a must.
- Preferably with experience on Linux and SQL server.
