We are looking for Senior Pilates Instructor to join our team of growing Pilates Instructors. He/ She will not only teach both group and privates classes and sessions, but also help to lead and mentor the Pilates team to achieve excellence.
Job Description:
Instruct and teach group classes across all studios;
Carry out private sessions with individual/ duet clients to help them achieve their health and fitness goals;
· Recruit and mentor new instructors;
· Assist to create and develop learning programme for the team;
· Improve the calibre and quality of teaching across all studios;
· Involve in the quarterly and yearly review of the team;
· Assist in overall class planning and work with studio operations to have suitable class types and timings across all studios;
· Developing new class types and conduct training to the team;
· Lead, motivate and develop the team;
· Be enaged with our members community, supporting and promoting events with the team;
Requirements:
· Fully Certified by any International Pilates body/ institution.
· At least 10 years teaching pilates, with at least 3 years leading a team of instructors.
· Passionate about improving the health and movements of clients.
· Trained to work with different populations, special conditions and injuries.
· Possess strong leadership and good communications skills.
· Ability to develop internal programmes/ workshops.
