Job Description

e2i’s Career Centre is one of the key national nodes where jobseekers seek new opportunities and work towards being employed and employable. We are currently building our operations and data management team. Specific to the role, as a Specialist, you will be an integral part of the Career Centre operations team, which runs the day-to-day activities and events of the Career Centre.


Your Responsibilities Include:

  • Ensuring that our data from various data sources are managed well, the collection process is streamlined and accurate.
  • Analysing data and preparing the information in a reporting format for sharing with management to make decisions which will impact the lives of jobseekers who use our services.
  • Have good understanding of the current employment landscape and the openness to find out more about current employability trends.
  • You would need some experience dealing with clients as you would also liaise with internal and external stakeholders on career centre related queries.
  • Able to work across teams to manage events/activities deployment and tracking of masterlist.
  • Assisting in the cleaning and keying of data, and tracking of clients’ cases into case management system.
  • Creating solutions for process improvement in the provision of career services.

Job Requirements:

  • Able to relate to all levels of jobseekers/working people and cultivate a strong relationship with partners and stakeholders on career services matters.
  • High proficiency in using systems, Microsoft Office tools, such as PowerPoint & Excel to analyse & present data.
  • Meticulous, innovative and able to adapt to change – in the workplace and employment landscape.
  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment and deliver the work within tight deadlines.
  • Team player with strong interpersonal, writing and communication skills.
  • Driven, result-oriented and able to work independently.
