- Location: Beautiful showroom in Suntec City
- 6 day work week: 1130AM to 730PM daily
High Basic up to $3300 + Quarterly bonuses (This is not a Sales role, this job involves attending to walk-in clients and providing product knowledge, advising client on samples and guide them through the catalogues - On-job training will be provided)
Our client is a World renown Quartz surface manufacturer and distributor. The quartz surface is use extensively for Kitchen Countertops.
Responsibilities:
- Assist in the management of daily showroom operations
- Deliver superior customer service and ensure absolute customer satisfaction
- Analysing and reporting on showroom-related activities; initiating corrective actions
- Ensuring the smooth running of daily operations with the objective of meeting the Company’s expectation in terms of sales turnover
- Maintain inventory and ensure items are in stock
- Ensure product information disseminated is accurate and merchandised to the company’s standards
- Seek opportunities to improve knowledge about selling, products, sales, and service techniques.
- Any other duties assigned by the superior.
Requirements:
- Must be able to commit 6-day work week, weekends, and Public holidays
- Diploma/ GCE ‘A’ level/ Higher NITEC/ GCE ‘O’ level with minimum 2 years of relevant experience
- Familiar with MS office applications or Google Suite
