Our client is a Singapore-headquartered organization with a well-established brand name and huge market presence.
Here is an opportunity to join them to head the HR Shared Services function and be part of their dynamic HR team. This role will lead a team to provide HR operational support across the entire employee life cycle.
Some of the key responsibilities will include:
- Provide strong leadership to the team to deliver quality and timely HR services
- Build strong partnerships with the broader HR team to allow greater collaboration and enhance service delivery
- Drive continuous process improvement and HR projects to achieve operational excellence
- Ensure compliance with HR policy and regulatory requirements while meeting service deliverables
To be eligible for this role you will require:
- Degree qualified with solid understanding of HR processes and operations, ideally in a shared services environment
- Familiarity with SuccessFactors will be a plus
- Solid understanding of local labour laws and legislations
- Experience in driving process improvement and change initiatives
- Good organizational skills with the ability to multi-task to manage multiple projects while maintaining a close attention to detail.
- Excellent stakeholder management skills and the ability to influence at the senior level
