Responsibilities:
- Accountable for securing merchants through a hands-on sales strategy and outreach.
- Spearheading merchant acquisition initiatives, involving prospect identification,negotiation, and the refinement of essential sales methodologies.
- Collaborating closely with merchants to guarantee a seamless onboarding process andsuccessful deal closures.
- Serving as the primary contact and intermediary for merchants, addressing andmanaging their inquiries.
- Cultivating strong relationships and delivering additional value to merchants toenhance platform performance.
- Tailoring strategies to align with the unique characteristics of the Singapore market,aiming not just to meet but surpass final sales goals and KPIs.
Requirements:
- Over 2 years of expertise in B2B sales, merchant acquisition, and/or POS and payments systems
- Enthusiastic about technology, fintech, and the retail sector, demonstrating the correct mindset and an ambition to advance in your professional journey
- Possesses robust interpersonal abilities and a willingness to go above and beyond for our merchants
- Sociable with proficient bilingual communication skills essential for engaging with our merchants
- Highly motivated and energetic individuals with a keen eagerness to acquire new knowledge
