Job Description
- Handle calendar management including scheduling of appointments and coordinating meetings for Management.
- Providing administrative and secretarial support.
- Devising and maintaining office systems;
- Make travel and accommodation arrangements;
- Organizing and storing/Filing of correspondence, documents and computer-based information.
- To proactively handle and follow-up on all assigned tasks.
- Able to handle confidential information in a professional manner
- Able to work in fast pace envieroment and
- Experienced in handling projects will be advantageous
Requirements
- Diploma/Degree or Certificate of Private Secretarial
- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience.
- Efficient, highly self-motivated and possess good initiative
- Excellent verbal and written English
- Good organizational and interpersonal skills.
- Be resourceful and result oriented.
- Be highly flexible to handle multi-task and to work independently or within team.
- Relationship building to liaise within all levels of management and staff.
