Job Summary:
As a valuable member of the internal HR Team, you will be a key enabler in growing our business units by attracting the right talents, as well as ensuring smooth operations of our business on a daily basis!
Job Responsibilities:
Internal Recruitment:
- Devise and implement sourcing strategies to build pipelines of potential applicants, such as employer branding initiatives
Identify potential candidates using a variety of sourcing channels, including social media and LinkedIn - Interview and assess potential candidates on their personality fit, culture fit and abilities.
- Improve and guide new hires through the on-boarding program
HR operations:
- Organize company events and participate in campus outreach
Administration of MOM Passes and updating of personnel records - Facilities management
- Insurance updates and other ad hoc administrative duties as assigned
Job Requirements:
- Min. Degree in HR Management / Business Administration / Arts / Humanities
- Excellent written and communication skills
- Willingness to learn and adapt
- Candidates with good CCA records will have an advantage
- Good observation skills and attention to details
