We are seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented General Manager to lead the day-to-day operations of our piling division. As the General Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our piling business, from managing field operations and equipment to ensuring project efficiency and profitability.
Responsibilities:
Operational Management:
- Oversee all field operations, including pile driving, soil testing, and site preparation.
- Manage and optimize resource allocation (equipment, personnel, materials).
- Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and environmental standards.
- Implement and monitor quality control procedures.
- Maintain a safe and productive work environment.
Project Management:
- Develop and execute project plans and schedules within budget and timeframe.
- Manage project budgets and cost control measures.
- Provide progress reports and address potential issues to project stakeholders.
- Lead project teams, ensure collaboration, and foster a positive work environment.
Business Development and Strategy:
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities and market segments.
- Build and maintain relationships with key clients and partners.
- Develop and implement strategic initiatives to ensure company growth and profitability.
- Stay informed about industry trends and technology advancements.
- Proficiency in Japanese is required to build strong relationships and effectively collaborate with our Japanese stakeholders, including clients, partners, and suppliers, in their native language.
