Key Objectives:
- Customer Acquisition and Sales:Identify target customers, industries, and set sales targets
Develop 3-year business and sales growth plan with KPIs
Conduct analysis of qualified customer targets
Manage end-to-end sales cycle and contract negotiations
- Company Development:Achieve customer, revenue, and profitability goals
Build high-performing local delivery team
Set up in-country operations and infrastructure
- Customer Success and Retention:Consult and support customers to drive product adoption and ROI
Identify and develop expansion and cross-sell opportunities
Collaborate with headquarters across sales, pre-sales, R&D to speed sales cycle
Key Requirements
- Entrepreneurial mindset, able to build and inspire teams
- Passion for developing long-term customer partnerships
- 3-5 years experience in contact center/digital/ CX technologies
- Understanding of omnichannel, AI, knowledge management principles a plus
- Proven success generating new business
- Analytical and strategic business development skills
- Organized, tenacious approach to sales, networking leadership
- Experience in 1-2 key industries (Government, Telecoms, Banking, Retail, FMCG)
- Existing customer network a strong advantage
- Excellent written and verbal comm skills
- Fluent English required, SEA language ability preferred
