- Attending to customers' needs and queries with a positive attitude. Assisting shoppers to find the goods and products they are looking for. Being responsible for processing cash and card payments.
- Responsible for security within the store and being on the lookout for shoplifters and fraudulent activities etc.
- Receiving and storing the delivery of stocks.
- Stocking shelves with merchandise.
- Keeping up to date with special promotions and putting up displays. Ensure efficient service/operation during peak hours.
- Support in daily operations and other activities assigned by store manager
