Marketing Manager (F&B)
- Basic $4000-$6000 + AWS + VB (Depends on performance and sales)
- 5 Days | Mon-Fri 8:30AM-5:30PM

Job Scope
- Evaluate and enhance marketing and pricing strategies.
- Analyze market trends and assess competitors.
- Generate leads for new business opportunities.
- Examine sales of new products.
- Coordinate and propose marketing strategies based on market research and sales trends.
- Develop and oversee the budget of the marketing department.
- Supervise branding, advertising, and promotional campaigns across shopping malls, media, and SNS-related platforms.
- Assist in developing creative briefs and guide creative direction to align with objectives for all advertising and public-facing communications, including print, digital, and video assets.
- Conceptualize and execute multichannel campaigns.
- Assess the effectiveness and impact of ongoing marketing initiatives, promotions, and campaigns through tracking, analysis, and optimization.
- Manage the Loyalty program for campaigns, customer communications, and retention.
- Present concepts and final deliverables to internal and external teams, and communicate with senior leaders about marketing programs, strategies, and budgets.
- Address customer complaints related to promotional campaigns.
Requirements
- Work Experience: Around 10 years or more (8-9 years are welcome)
- Possess the following skills:
- Know sales the process.
- Critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Creativity and great writing skills.
- Great communication skills.
- Good organization and planning skills.
- Know technology such as AdWords, InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, etc. High skills in Microsoft Office are a must.
