Summary:
Successful candidate will carry out service, maintenance works & projects for security systems at clients’ premises, including but not limited to Integrated Security Management Systems, Card Access Control Systems, Intrusion Detection Systems
and CCTV systems.
Key Roles and Responsibilities:
- To troubleshoot and maintain/service security systems at clients’ premises
- Attend to fault calls during office hours and standby duties after office hours in rotating duty roster
- Liaise closely with client representatives on all service/maintenance related issues.
- Manage day-to-day client interactions and expectations for optimal results..
- Familiarize yourself and deliver customer satisfaction base on each client’s business, organization and objectives.
- Ensure that works carried out are in compliance with the Workplace Safety and Health Act.
- Perform any other technical tasks as and when required
Requirements:
- Min Higher Nitec & Nitec in Mechatronics/Electrical/Electronic Engineering or relevant with at least 2 years working experience.
- Knowledge and hands-on experience in security systems such as Integrated Security Management Systems, Card Access Control Systems, Intrusion Detection Systems and CCTV systems is a must.
- Knowledge in IT/Network/Server is an added advantage.
- Good interpersonal and problem solving skills.
- Independent, self-motivated individual whom is able to work under minimum supervision.
- Required to perform standby duties
- Driving License – Preferably if candidate possessesits own vehicle
