Student Accommodation Units
We are seeking a motivated Maintenance Technician to join our team, dedicated to upkeeping the facilities of our student accommodation units. In this role, your responsibility will be to maintain our facilities, ensuring they are in optimal condition to provide a comfortable and conducive living environment for our international students.
Responsibilities and competencies:
- Communication and Customer Services Excellences: Able to communicate effectively with residents regarding maintenance requests, and deliver timely solution.
- Time Management: Able to deliver timely maintenance service on resident requests, multitask completion of several requests on daily basis, by applying Time management skills.
- Problem Solving: Able to identify, resolve maintenance issues efficiently, and seek creative solutions for complex problems.
- Report Preparation and Presentation: Able to prepare quality inspection reports and present findings and recommendations to the Facilities Maintenance Executive to facilitate decision-making, and maintenance budgeting.
Requirements:
- Strong time management
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and comfortable in conflicts management.
- Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and work effectively under deadlines

Please be informed that the candidate will be under Traineeship of Mid-Career Pathways Programme. The attachment is set for a period of six months with the potential for conversion to full time employment based on satisfactory performance.
