Business Development & Marketing Specialist
As a Business Development & Marketing Specialist, your primary goal is to drive business growth. You will develop new business proposals focused on financial gain, as well as establishing strategic partnerships to build long-term relationships with new and existing customers. You will work closely with the Sales team to create and apply an effective Sales strategy. You will also be responsible for ensuring successful company branding and marketing. This is a full-time role based in Singapore.
Role Description
- Identify new business opportunities and partnerships to expand market reach (B2B and B2B2C)
- Responsible for the new market analysis and development including sales channels growth internationally.
- Implement digital marketing strategies tailored to healthcare professionals and institutions.
- Establish, develop, and maintain positive business and customer relationships.
- Proficiency in writing persuasive and effective business proposals
- Analyse customer needs and industry trends to develop strategies for business growth.
- Collaborate with KOLs for product endorsements and participation in educational events.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's or master's degree in business, marketing, or a related field. A background in life sciences, engineering, or a healthcare-related field is advantageous.
- Proven experience in business development and marketing within the MedTech or healthcare industry.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to convey complex medical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Proficient in using relevant software and tools for marketing analytics and customer relationship management.
