Responsibilities
- Carry out preventive and corrective maintenance for the Hotel.
- Handle Hotel Building Maintenance services for aircon, lighting, electrical and plumping services.
- Ensure all equipment are maintained and operated according to instruction.
- Attend to all work orders issued by the operations and management.
- Ensure compliance to building and fire safety rules and regulations.
- Ad-hoc duties or projects that may be assigned by the Operation Manager and Management from time to time.
Requirements:
- Candidate must possess at least a Professional Certificate / NTC 3 / NiTEC / Higher NiTEC in Engineering
- (Electrical / Industrial / Mechanical / Building and Facilities) or equivalent.
- Min. 1- 2 years of working experience in similar capacity
- Skills knowledge of Building M&E services or basic knowledge of building repairs
- Pro-active attitude and service oriented
- Meticulous and able to multi-task
- Strong Team player and able to adapt to fast pace environment.
- Able to work independently and as well as a team.
