The Role
The IT Business Partner leads and manages the IT/MIS function across all sites, from budgets and projects to vendors and compliance. They drive operational efficiency through digitization and automation, supporting both internal and customer IT/OT initiatives. They also ensure robust infrastructure and provide technical support for optimal performance. Additionally, they collaborate with Sales and Account teams on customer engagements and data-driven insights.
Your Profile
We seek a proactive and motivated IT Business Partner with 15+ years of manufacturing experience. You will excel at navigating complex challenges, handling high pressure, and leading teams to success. Top-notch communication and collaboration skills are critical, along with solid experience with major ERP systems, preferably Oracle Fusion, firewalls, networks, DevOps, and programming languages like Python/Java/C#/DotNet. Certifications in PMP and ITIL are a strong plus.
