- Ensure the progress of works is on schedule.
- Enforce all safety regulations on site to ensure works are performed safely.
- Enforce and manage the permit to work system at site(s).
- Inspect construction works to ensure compliance with requirements and regulations.
- Inspect materials that are delivered on site to ensure adherence to specifications.
- Procure construction materials at the right time to ensure work is not hampered by materials shortage.
- Supervise workmen to ensure that work is performed safely and on time.
- Comply to all QA/QC procedures and implement CONQUAS standard for site works on site(s).
- Degree in Civil Engineering.
- Construction background.
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in construction planning and programme coordination and sub-contracting for major infrastructure projects.
- Experience in the use of Primavera.
- Experience in Infra-structure Project more than 200million.
- Experience in procurement matters.
