Necessary Requirements:
- A Master's degree/Bachelor's degree in any discipline
- Proficiency in MS Office
- Flexibility in working overtime or different working hours (depending on rotation)
- Flexibility in travel and possible short-term assignments in different offices in Hong Kong, Mainland China, Singapore and Philippines
Responsibilities:
- Be an effective member of each department they are assigned to during their rotations
- Gain a good knowledge and understanding of each department's policies and processes and inter-department dynamics
- Observe and learn from experienced staff members
- Be proactive in looking out for potential to make improvements in current processes and working environment
- Assist in facilitating communication between departments and between staff and management
- Complete separate management trainee projects and tasks - both independently and/or with other trainees or staff members
